Le Département Sécurité et Environnement, avec ses 440 collaborateurs, comprend les domaines de la police municipale, de la protection & intervention, de l'état civil et des notifications, de la protection de l'environnement et de la santé ainsi que l'Office du juge de paix. L'Office du juge de paix de Winterthour est une instance décisionnelle et d'enquête en matière de contraventions sur le territoire de la ville et traite environ 14 000 dossiers par an en procédure ordinaire. À partir du 1er février 2027 ou selon accord, nous recherchons une personne de direction engagée pour la gestion de l'Office du juge de paix.

Vos tâches ##

  • Direction organisationnelle, technique et administrative de l'Office du juge de paix
  • Direction du personnel de 10 collaborateurs
  • Traitement et émission de décisions pénales, d'abandon ainsi que de décisions procédurales dans la procédure des contraventions
  • Conduite des procédures d'enquête et de recours

Votre profil ##

  • Diplôme universitaire reconnu au niveau fédéral en droit (niveau licence/master)
  • Expérience plurielle dans une autorité pénale ou un tribunal dans une fonction similaire
  • Expérience approfondie en gestion, planification et organisation
  • Compétences communicatives, analytiques et conceptuelles ainsi qu'une grande initiative personnelle
  • Expérience solide en leadership
