Votre rôle Piloter et superviser la surveillance, l’inspection, l’entretien et la réparation des ouvrages d'art, conformément aux prescriptions légales, réglementaires et techniques en vigueur. Assurer une gestion de la maintenance optimale des ouvrages d’art, en optimisant les coûts et la durée de vie. Garantir la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de maintenance des ouvrages d'art en assurant la traçabilité des inspections et des interventions dans la GMAO ainsi que la fiabilité de l'inventaire et des données techniques des ouvrages. Élaborer et suivre le budget de la maintenance des ouvrages d’art MOB/MVR. Conduire et gérer le personnel de son team en veillant à son développement, tout en promouvant les valeurs de l’entreprise. Piloter des projets Infrastructure ou des projets partiels, particulièrement dans le domaine du génie civil. Ce que nous vous offrons Un emploi valorisé et durable. Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des Ouvrages d’Art et dans la maintenance ferroviaire. Leadership, personnalité affirmée capable de convaincre et de fédérer autour de ses propositions. Engagement et sens des responsabilités. Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et bonne résistance au stress. De langue maternelle française avec des connaissances en allemand.
