La Direction Ressources humaines est le partenaire engagé pour anticiper, définir et développer la culture, le leadership et l-organisation du Groupe.

Mission :

  • Piloter le Partenariat RH et le Recrutement afin de répondre aux besoins de l-entreprise et de garantir des prestations de qualité et à forte valeur ajoutée Accompagner les directions et les managers dans la gestion des enjeux humains, organisationnels et managériaux afin de soutenir la performance de l-entreprise
  • Définir et déployer la stratégie d-attractivité, de recrutement tout en contribuant à l-anticipation et au développement des compétences nécessaires et à la rétention des talents
  • Garantir l-application cohérente et équitable des politiques, processus et pratiques RH au sein de l-organisation
  • Conseiller les directions dans les évolutions organisationnelles et la planification des effectifs et des compétences
  • Encadrer et développer une équipe de Business Partners RH et de spécialistes en recrutement, en favorisant la collaboration, l-engagement, l-excellence opérationnelle et l-atteinte des objectifs

Profil :

  • Formation universitaire ou HES en ressources humaines, gestion d-entreprise, droit ou domaine équivalent, complétée par un brevet fédéral RH
  • Minimum 5 ans d-expérience dans les ressources humaines, dont idéalement 3 ans dans une fonction d-encadrement
  • Expérience confirmée en tant que HR Business Partner senior, Responsable RH ou fonction équivalente, ainsi que dans la gestion des partenaires sociaux et la négociation
  • Excellentes connaissances du droit du travail suisse, des assurances sociales et des processus RH
  • Français courant, connaissances de l-allemand et maîtrise des outils Microsoft 365 et des SIRH
  • Leadership fédérateur, sens du partenariat, orientation solutions et capacité à accompagner le changement
