Notre client est une entreprise valaisanne active dans le domaine de la boulangerie. Dans le cadre d-un remplacement temporaire pour congé maternité, nous recherchons un-e Spécialiste Payroll à 40-50 % pour rejoindre son équipe.

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous assurez la gestion complète des salaires
  • Vous gérez les assurances sociales et les démarches administratives associées
  • Vous supervisez les différentes étapes du processus de paie mensuel
  • Vous êtes responsable des clôtures et du bouclement annuel 
  • Vous participez à un projet lié à l-évolution du processus de paie

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous êtes titulaire d-un CFC d'employé-e de commerce, idéalement complété par une formation spécialisée en salaires/RH
  • Vous disposez de minimum 5 ans d-expérience dans la gestion des salaires
  • Vous maîtrisez les assurances sociales suisses et les processus de paie
  • Vous êtes à l-aise avec la gestion autonome des salaires pour un volume d-environ 500 collaborateurs
  • Vous faites preuve de flexibilité, de rigueur et de résilience dans votre travail
