Dans le cadre de l-évolution de notre organisation, nous créons un poste de Responsable planification opérationnelle.

Véritablechef d-orchestre de la planification, vous aurez une vision globale de l-activité et serez au cœur des échanges entre le bureau technique, la production, la logistique, les achats, le montage et la direction.

 

Votre mission :

Garantir la cohérence, la fiabilité et l'optimisation de la planification globale de l'entreprise en coordonnant les activités du bureau technique, de la production, de la logistique et du montage.

Assurer une vision consolidée des charges, des capacités et des priorités afin de garantir le respect des délais, la maîtrise des ressources et l'anticipation des risques ainsi que participer à l-amélioration continue de la planification de l-entreprise.

  • Suivi des délais
  • Suivi des KPI concernant la planification

 

Votre profil :

Nous recherchons avant tout une personne qui comprend les processus de construction et de projets, idéalement dans la construction métallique.

Vous avez :

Une expérience confirmée en planification ou gestion de projet dans un environnement de construction.Une bonne compréhension des interactions entre bureau technique, production, logistique et montage.Une bonne maîtrise des ERP et outils de planification.De solides capacités d-organisation et de priorisation.Un bon esprit d-analyse et une réelle capacité d-anticipation.Un leadership transversal et une excellente aisance relationnelle.Un esprit pragmatique, orienté solutions et amélioration continue.
