Responsable planification techniques et coordination H/F/X

* Formation technique supérieure en génie mécanique, génie de production ou génie industriel, microtechnique, ingénierie de précision ou domaine apparenté. Les qualifications suisses telles que Ingénieur HES/FH, Technicien ET/HF, ou toute qualification équivalente dans le même domaine, sont requises. * Expérience significative dans la fabrication de précision, la planification de la production, l'industrialisation ou l'ingénierie de fabrication. * Très bonne maîtrise de la fabrication de petits composants de haute précision : dessins techniques, tolérances, outillage et exigences liées aux procédés. * Expérience dans la préparation ou la validation des gammes de fabrication et de la documentation technique de production. * Connaissance de la planification de production basée sur un système ERP et des données techniques de référence. * Expérience avérée dans la coordination d'activités d'ingénierie ou de production sur plusieurs sites de fabrication. Une expérience dans la fabrication de composants horlogers constitue un atout important, notamment dans les domaines suivants : Découpage et emboutissage de précision. Outillages et matrices. Assemblage. Normes de qualité de l'horlogerie suisse. + Traduire les plans techniques des clients, les spécifications et les exigences qualité en plans de fabrication réalisables. + Définir les procédés de fabrication, les gammes opératoires, les matériaux, l'outillage et les montages pour les nouvelles commandes et les commandes récurrentes. + Préparer et valider les dessins techniques, la documentation des procédés et les données techniques dans l'ERP. + Coordonner les capacités de production, les matériaux et l'outillage, tout en anticipant les difficultés techniques et les éventuels goulots d'étranglement dans les délais. + Coordonner le support d'ingénierie ainsi que l'approvisionnement en outillages et composants spécialisés avec les sites asiatiques du groupe. + Veiller à ce que les exigences techniques soient communiquées de manière claire et cohérente entre les différents sites. + Suivre la qualité, les délais et les problèmes techniques liés aux outillages et composants provenant de l'international. + Participer au transfert et à l'adaptation des connaissances en fabrication ainsi que des meilleures pratiques entre les différents sites du groupe. jpid65ec079jm jpit0940jm jpiy26jm
