Responsable Prévoyance et bancassurance

Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement professionnel toujours en mouvement, stimulant et inspirant ? Rejoignez l'équipe du département Centre de services crédits et prestations au sein de la Banque Cantonale de Genève (BCGE), une banque Authentique, Courageuse et Equitable.

En tant que Responsable Prévoyance et bancassurance vous pilotez, organisez et supervisez l'ensemble des activités administratives, financières et réglementaires des Fondations LP et EP3\. Vous garantissez la conformité légale (LPP, LFLP) tout en optimisant la qualité des prestations fournies aux assurés et aux partenaires.

Vos missions ------------

  • Gestion opérationnelle : Superviser la tenue des comptes de libre passage et le traitement des prestations (versements, transferts, retraits anticipés pour l'accession à la propriété ou départ à l'étranger).
  • Conformité et juridique : Assurer la stricte application des lois fédérales (LPP, LFLP, OPP 2, OPP3\) et adapter les règlements aux évolutions légales.
  • Gestion financière : Suivre la politique d'investissement des Fondation en collaboration avec le Conseil de fondation et les gérants de fortune.
  • Relations partenaires : Servir d'interlocuteur principal pour l'autorité de surveillance (CHSPP), les réviseurs, les banques partenaires, les clients institutionnels et les collaborateurs BCGE.
  • Management : Diriger, motiver et développer l'équipe administrative et technique des Fondations.

Votre profil ------------

  • Titre universitaire (Droit, Économie), Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en assurances sociales ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans la prévoyance professionnelle suisse (2ème/3ème piliers), idéalement dans le domaine spécifique du libre passage et de la prévoyance 3A.
  • Expertise avérée en droit de la prévoyance (LFLP/LPP/OPP3\) et solides connaissances financières.
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français ; la maîtrise de l'allemand ou de l'anglais constitue un atout majeur.
