Fais la différence

* Tu rends la protection des données concrètement applicable aux Services de mobilité, clarifies les exigences et développes, avec les unités spécialisées et les responsables, des solutions solides. Tu fais ainsi de la protection des données un levier pour des produits performants. 

* Tu veilles à ce que la documentation relative à la protection des données soit complète, à jour et efficace. Cela comprend le registre des activités de traitement ainsi que le respect des prescriptions internes et externes, notamment celles des transports publics. 

* Tu participes à l-examen des contrats, apportes ton soutien lors d-audits et d-incidents et accompagnes les projets dès leur phase initiale, en particulier lorsque des données personnelles sont traitées ou que des applications numériques sont développées. 

* En collaboration avec l-unité Protection des données du groupe Poste, tu développes les processus, les prescriptions, les contrôles et les outils, renforces les compétences en matière de protection des données au sein de l-unité du groupe Services de mobilité et identifies les besoins d-action concrets. 

 

Ce que tu apportes 

* Tu disposes de plusieurs années d-expérience dans le domaine de la protection des données, idéalement au sein d-une entreprise réglementée, du secteur public ou d-une organisation présentant une forte complexité des données et des processus. 

* Tu possèdes en outre de solides connaissances du droit suisse et européen de la protection des données et tu accompagnes avec assurance, sur le plan technique, les analyses d-impact relatives à la protection des données ainsi que les incidents liés à la protection des données. 

* Tu comprends les produits numériques, les flux de données et les dépendances techniques, et sais évaluer les risques de manière réaliste. 

* Tu analyses avec précision des problématiques complexes et présentes clairement, dans une approche orientée solutions, même les sujets exigeants. 

* Tu disposes également d-une très bonne maîtrise d-une langue nationale ainsi que de bonnes connaissances de l-anglais. La connaissance d-une autre langue nationale complète ton profil.
