Au sein d'un groupe à taille humaine, nos applications se conçoivent, se développent, s'industrialisent et se produisent en interne. La proximité entre les équipes permet de répondre aux besoins spécifiques des clients et traduit une volonté forte de les accompagner dans leur recherche de valeur ajoutée. Ce schéma industriel intégré permet la conception et la production d'actionneurs et moteurs électriques sur nos deux sites suisses (Boncourt et Sonceboz).

Afin d'accompagner le développement de nos projets et de renforcer nos démarches de maîtrise des risques, nous recherchons notre futur.e :

Pilotage des risques et sécurisation des projets

  • Identifier et anticiper les risques techniques, industriels et qualités susceptibles d'impacter la réussite des projets.
  • Animer les démarches de maîtrise des risques en fédérant les différents acteurs du projet.
  • Challenger les choix techniques et les plans d'actions afin de garantir des solutions robustes et pragmatiques.
  • Fournir aux instances de gouvernance une vision claire et objective du niveau de maturité des projets afin de faciliter les arbitrages et la prise de décision.
  • Contribuer activement aux revues de projet, de conception et de validation.

Leadership transverse et prise de décision

  • Apporter une vision indépendante sur le niveau de maturité et de maîtrise des risques des projets.
  • Construire l'adhésion autour des plans d'actions en s'appuyant sur l'analyse technique et la compréhension des enjeux business.
  • Challenger les équipes projet afin de garantir la robustesse des décisions prises.
  • Présenter de manière factuelle les risques résiduels et leurs impacts potentiels.
  • Être capable de porter des positions parfois divergentes des enjeux calendaires immédiats lorsque la maîtrise des risques ou la maturité du développement le justifie.

Excellence du développement produit

  • Veiller à l'intégration des standards qualité et des exigences clients dans les activités de développement.
  • Piloter les jalons qualité clés nécessaires au passage des différentes phases projet.
  • S'assurer que les preuves de conformité et les livrables attendus sont disponibles au bon niveau de maturité.
  • Accompagner la préparation des validations produit et processus ainsi que des dossiers d'homologation.
  • Sécuriser le transfert vers la production série.
