«Zäme witercho» - Au centre Schlossmatt, environ 300 collaborateurs de divers domaines s'engagent chaque jour pour le bien-être de 186 résidents. Notre centre de soins est spécialisé dans les soins complexes aux personnes avec des limitations multiples, dans les soins de la démence ainsi que dans les courts séjours pour les soins de transition ou de réhabilitation. En plus de notre offre thérapeutique variée, notre établissement abrite également un centre de jour, une crèche et un restaurant pour des rencontres intergénérationnelles.

Vos tâches ##

  • Responsabilité de la direction et du développement de l'équipe soignante d'un double service d'environ 30 collaborateurs, y compris la conduite des réunions d'équipe et la participation aux rapports
  • Planification et organisation pour assurer le bon déroulement du service
  • Responsabilité du fonctionnement quotidien ainsi que prise en charge de la responsabilité journalière et/ou de l'établissement
  • Mise en œuvre et participation active au processus de soins pour les résidents nécessitant des soins moyens à lourds, y compris les soins de référence
  • Réalisation et coordination des soins thérapeutiques ainsi que mise en œuvre professionnelle des tâches médico-techniques
  • Exécution professionnelle des mesures de soins et documentation avec des systèmes électroniques (CareCoach)
  • Évaluation et optimisation des processus de soins, par exemple en tant que coordinateur/-trice RAI ou superviseur/-trice RAI
  • Promotion des échanges interdisciplinaires et participation aux comités spécialisés et projets

Vous apportez ##

  • Formation achevée en tant que professionnel de soins HF/FH ou qualification équivalente
  • Expérience dans les soins de longue durée et l'accompagnement des personnes atteintes de démence
  • Expérience de plusieurs années en gestion d'équipe est un avantage
  • Intérêt pour le développement des thématiques des soins de longue durée
  • Connaissances RAI ou volonté de se former dans ce domaine
  • Joie de collaborer de manière interdisciplinaire dans un environnement dynamique
  • Esprit d'équipe, ouverture et haute compétence sociale et professionnelle
