Responsable Régional des Ventes FR/ALL \- Suisse romande

Description du poste --------------------

  • Vous assurez la direction technique et opérationnelle de la région concernée
  • Vous fidélisez le portefeuille de clients existants et contribuez activement au développement commercial de la région (revendeurs et clients finaux)
  • Vous accompagnez et animez une équipe commerciale
  • Vous êtes en charge de la planification des ressources et du budget
  • Vous assurez la coordination avec le siège et reportez au directeur national des ventes

Profil recherché -----------------

  • Au bénéfice d'une solide expérience en qualité de KAM / Technico\-Commercial (vente de consommables techniques, métiers du bâtiment)
  • Expérience dans le management d'une équipe
  • Bonnes connaissances du tissu romand de la construction et des métiers du bâtiment / génie civil (sanitaire, électricité, maçonnerie)
  • De langue maternelle française avec de bonnes connaissances d'allemand (min. B2\)
  • Entrepreneur doté d'un fort sens commercial et d'excellentes qualités relationnelles
  • Mobile et domicilié en Suisse romande
