Responsable régional des ventes, région Genève et Vaud (h/f) est une entreprise familiale centenaire qui emploie environ 90 personnes. Elle est le leader suisse de la fabrication et de la commercialisation (transformation de la tôle) de systèmes de cheminement de câbles, de rails d’énergie et de produits destinés à l'alimentation électrique des postes de travail. Elle connaît un grand succès en Suisse et un peu à l'étranger. Nous recherchons, selon accord, des renforts pour notre équipe. Vos missions Suivi de la clientèle et gestion des chantiers dans la zone de vente Prospection de nouveaux clients Conseil technique et formations Lancement de nouveaux produits et analyse continue du marché Enregistrement, suivi et finalisation des demandes d'offres Négociation des commandes selon les directives internes Gestion autonome des projets Collaboration avec les services internes de Vous apportez Apprentissage d'électricien ou formation en électrotechnique Une formation continue technique ou commerciale serait un atout Réseau établi dans le secteur de l'électricité Expérience dans la vente en tant que professionnel capable de conclure des ventes Bonne maîtrise du français et maîtrise de l'allemand La maîtrise d'autres langues est un atout Personnalité communicative et charismatique Ouvert au changement et à l'aise avec les applications informatiques Proactif, motivé, autonome et prêt à se dépasser pour nos clients Résidant dans la zone de vente Nous vous proposons Un poste intéressant et varié au sein d'une PME de premier plan en Suisse Un poste stimulant et intéressant au sein d'une équipe bien rodée Une initiation compétente à votre futur domaine d'activité Une ambiance de travail dynamique où vous pourrez apporter vos idées Une organisation autonome de votre temps de travail et la possibilité de travailler à domicile Un véhicule de fonction pouvant également être utilisé à des fins privées Des formations commerciales internes et externes La promotion de nos collaborateurs et un soutien individuel à la formation continue De bonnes prestations sociales ainsi que d'autres avantages pour nos collaborateurs Cela vous intéresse ?
