Ce qui t'attend

  • Direction et coaching d'une équipe de 17 commerciaux itinérants
  • Formation des nouveaux membres de l'équipe et organisation de formations et d'entraînements
  • Accompagnements réguliers lors des déplacements, entretiens de suivis et définition d'objectifs
  • Garantie de la réalisation des objectifs en matière de chiffre d'affaires, de ventes et de rentabilité
  • Mise en œuvre de mesures commerciales stratégiques et analyse des indicateurs pertinents
  • Planification et mise en œuvre réussie d'actions commerciales ciblées
  • Échanges réguliers avec la direction et les autres services
  • Garantie d'un flux d'informations transparent au sein de l'équipe et entre les niveaux hiérarchiques
  • Soutien de l'équipe lors de négociations commerciales exigeantes ou d'entretiens clés avec des clients importants
  • Analyse des tendances du marché et des activités de la concurrence, identification des potentiels et élaboration de mesures pour acquérir et fidéliser des clients

Ce qui te distingue

  • Formation commerciale ou artisanale achevée
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience dans la vente externe, idéalement avec une connaissance du secteur de la mobilité
  • Une première expérience en matière de gestion
  • Maîtrise de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants tels que MS Office
  • Bonnes capacités de communication, talent de négociateur, grande disponibilité et orientation vers la réussite
