Le Tschuggen Grand Hotel à Arosa est un hôtel de luxe 5 étoiles supérieur situé à 1 800 m d'altitude dans les montagnes des Grisons. En tant que l'une des quatre maisons de la "The Tschuggen Collection", notre établissement propose 128 chambres, suites et lofts de montagne aménagés individuellement, ainsi que quatre restaurants élégants - dont le point d'orgue gastronomique La Brezza avec 19 points Gault Millau & deux étoiles Michelin - ainsi qu'une impressionnante oasis spa de 5 000 m², conçue par Mario Botta.

? VOTRE PROFIL

  • Formation professionnelle réussie
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans le domaine des réservations ou du front office dans l'hôtellerie haut de gamme, idéalement déjà en position de direction ou de remplacement
  • Expérience dans l'hôtellerie 4/5 étoiles
  • Maîtrise courante de l'allemand et de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit requise, toute autre langue est un atout
  • Esprit de service prononcé, grande conscience de la qualité, souci du détail
  • Soin et précision dans le respect des standards
  • Personnalité empathique
  • Apparence soignée
  • Résistance au stress, flexibilité

? VOS TÂCHES

  • Prise en charge des réservations individuelles & de groupe par téléphone et par écrit
  • Traitement des e-mails en allemand & anglais, création d'offres via Serenata/Re Guest
  • Traitement et contrôle des réservations en ligne
  • Vente orientée sur l'occupation de toutes les catégories de chambres
  • Correspondance avec les clients au plus haut niveau
  • Direction, motivation et développement de l'équipe de réservation
  • Maintien des standards internes de réservation, travail structuré
  • Compréhension et connaissances de base en gestion des revenus
  • Surveillance et contrôle de la saisie correcte des réservations dans le PMS Protel (réservations individuelles, de groupe et d'événements)
  • Collaboration avec les agences de voyage et gestion des réservations correspondantes
  • Collaboration étroite avec le responsable des revenus et les départements opérationnels
  • Connaissances approfondies de notre logiciel hôtelier Protel, ainsi que des extranets OTA courants, Reguest, Synxis et des programmes MS Office
  • Maintien des standards de qualité selon LQA et « Mistral » (ISO)
  • Formation des collaborateurs
