Pour notre client basé à Genève, nous recherchons activement un·e Responsable Ressources Humaines (H/F)

Notre client recherche un(e) Responsable Ressources Humaines capable d-assurer un rôle central dans la gestion administrative et opérationnelle des ressources humaines. Véritable partenaire des équipes et des managers, il/elle garantit la bonne gestion du cycle de vie des collaborateurs tout en contribuant à l-amélioration continue des processus RH.

Vos responsabilités ##

  • Piloter l-ensemble de l-administration du personnel, de l-intégration des collaborateurs jusqu-à leur départ, en passant par les mobilités internes et les évolutions contractuelles.
  • Assurer la coordination avec les différents partenaires externes : assurances, autorités, organismes de formation et autres prestataires RH.
  • Veiller à la conformité et à l-optimisation des processus RH, en participant activement à leur organisation, leur planification et leur amélioration continue.
  • Soutenir les activités de développement des compétences, de formation et les projets RH transverses.
  • Préparer, contrôler et maintenir à jour l-ensemble de la documentation administrative et contractuelle.
  • Élaborer et suivre les indicateurs et reportings RH à destination des parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Garantir la confidentialité des données et le respect des procédures ainsi que des obligations légales en matière de ressources humaines.

Profil recherché ##

  • Formation supérieure ou certification spécialisée en Ressources Humaines.
  • Expérience significative dans une fonction RH généraliste ou administrative RH, idéalement acquise dans un environnement international ou multiculturel.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, tant à l-oral qu-à l-écrit.
  • Très bonne maîtrise des outils MS Office et des systèmes d-information RH ; une connaissance de SAP HR est un atout majeur.
  • Forte capacité d-organisation, rigueur et aptitude à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément dans un environnement exigeant.
  • Sens aigu de la confidentialité et grande fiabilité dans la gestion des informations sensibles.
  • Excellentes qualités relationnelles, sens du service et capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés.
