Responsable de la restauration / Responsable de la restauration

Lieu de travail : - Charmey

Ton Profil : • Expérience confirmée en gestion de salle/service, idéalement dans un cadre à forte affluence (restauration, tourisme, événementiel) • CFC de spécialiste en restauration ou formation jugée équivalente, avec une expérience réussie comme chef·fe de salle ou second·e de salle • Sens du contact et de l’accueil, tu sais créer une relation de confiance avec la clientèle • Titulaire de la patente fribourgeoise un atout • Connaissance orale de l’allemand et de l’anglais un atout

Tes Missions : • Tu organises le service sur les quatre espaces du restaurant • Tu encadres, planifies et formes le personnel de service en veillant à la qualité de l’accueil • Tu gères les commandes, les stocks de la partie bar ainsi que la caisse • Tu coordonnes les événements et les groupes avec la cuisine et le reste de la montagne

Ta manière de travailler : • Le sens pratique, l’organisation et la rigueur ne sont plus à prouver chez toi • Tu gères les fortes variations d’affluence sans perdre ni la qualité ni le sourire • Tu assures un lien fluide et proactif entre la salle et la cuisine, pour que le service tourne sans accroc • Tu donnes le ton à ton équipe par l’exemple, sur le terrain, au contact des client·e·s • La neige et le vent ne te font pas peur, les remises en route après tempête, c’est une vraie aventure collective
