The posting

Pour l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable RH afin de prendre en charge l’ensemble des activités liées aux ressources humaines et d’accompagner les collaborateurs et les managers dans les différentes étapes de leur parcours professionnel.

Vos responsabilités - Piloter l’ensemble des activités RH de l’entreprise - Conseiller et accompagner les managers et la direction sur les questions liées aux ressources humaines - Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vie des collaborateurs, de l’engagement au départ - Superviser les processus de recrutement, d’intégration et de suivi des collaborateurs - Assurer la gestion administrative du personnel et veiller à la conformité des dossiers - Gérer les contrats de travail, certificats, absences, vacances et autres documents RH - Superviser la gestion des salaires en collaboration avec le service ou le partenaire externe - Accompagner les collaborateurs et managers dans les situations individuelles et les questions liées au droit du travail - Gérer les situations liées aux absences, accidents, maladie et assurances sociales - Participer au développement et à la mise en œuvre des processus et politiques RH - Identifier les besoins en formation et contribuer au développement des compétences - Participer aux projets RH et à l’amélioration continue des processus internes - Veiller au respect de la législation suisse du travail et des directives internes - Préparer et suivre différents indicateurs et reportings RH à destination de la direction - Contribuer au développement de la culture d’entreprise et à l’amélioration de l’expérience collaborateur

Votre profil - Formation supérieure en ressources humaines, gestion, droit du travail ou formation jugée équivalente - Expérience confirmée dans une fonction de Responsable RH ou HR Business Partner senior en Suisse - Très bonnes connaissances du droit du travail suisse et des assurances sociales - Expérience dans la gestion complète du cycle de vie des collaborateurs - Solides compétences en recrutement et en gestion des situations RH - Aisance dans le conseil aux managers et à la direction - Excellentes capacités relationnelles et de communication - Sens de la confidentialité, de l’écoute et de la diplomatie - Autonomie, rigueur et sens des responsabilités - Esprit pragmatique et orientation solutions - Très bonne maîtrise du français ; l’allemand constitue un atout
