  • Espace FERNAND Sàrl est notre vitrine vivante. Implanté au cœur du site de production, ce lieu unique conjugue réception clients, événements professionnels, dégustations et démonstrations. Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable RH à temps partiel (20%) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique.

Votre mission ###

  • Temps de travail : contrôle des heures, absences, vacances, application stricte du règlement du personnel et du droit du travail (LTr)
  • Salaires : préparation et contrôle des données de paie en lien avec notre fiduciaire (variables, décomptes, assurances sociales AVS/LPP/LAA/IJM)
  • Hiérarchie & organisation : rôles, organigramme, appui aux chefs d'équipe sur les 3 entités
  • Qualité & efficience : objectifs individuels et d'équipe, entretiens de performance, suivi des sous-performances
  • Conflits : médiation, recadrage, situations sensibles gérées avec fermeté et dans les règles
  • Recrutement saisonnier : engagement et onboarding des auxiliaires pour la saison fondue (sept.-mars)

Votre profil ###

  • Formation RH (brevet fédéral de spécialiste en RH ou équivalent) et expérience confirmée en PME
  • Maîtrise du droit du travail suisse (CO, LTr, assurances sociales)
  • Ferme, cadrant·e et irréprochable sur le respect des règles - tout en restant équitable et respectueux·se des personnes
  • Autonome, structuré·e, orienté·e résultatsFrançais courant ; à l'aise en environnement de production comme de bureau
