Responsable Rouages Spéciaux (H/F)

Mission

Dans le cadre de cette fonction, rattachée à notre Division Composants Mouvements, vous assurerez la gestion d'une équipe 22 collaborateurs dans leurs activités de production en décolletage et terminaison. En étroite collaboration avec les autres ateliers du service Roues à bras et les services supports afin d'assurer le plan de production dans les critères qualité et les standards Patek Philippe, vous serez responsable de l'atteinte des résultats et de la facilitation de l'Expérience Collaborateur.

Responsabilités

  • Guider, accompagner, encourager, motiver et développer vos équipes tout en maximisant la productivité et les délais pour atteindre les objectifs.
  • Assurer l'accompagnement de la formation et le développement de la polyvalence au sein de l'atelier.
  • Analyser les procédés opérationnels, prendre des mesures de correction afin d'améliorer la qualité, diminuer les taux de déchets et les temps d'opération.
  • Assurer le respect du plan de production et garantir l'application des standards Patek Philippe.
  • Faire progresser l'activité et les procédés opérationnels de l'Atelier en étroite coordination avec les autres ateliers, ainsi qu'en collaboration avec les services supports, les clients internes et les autres services et divisions.

Profil recherché

  • Technicien ES en microtechnique ou génie mécanique ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction équivalente.
  • Expérience préalable en management impérative.
  • Maîtrise des techniques d'usinage, notamment du décolletage.
  • Connaissance en gestion de production
  • Connaissances des outils d'amélioration continue et de gestion de production.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (MS Office), connaissances SAP un atout.
  • Aisance en communication écrite et orale et sens de l'écoute.
  • Capacité à fédérer une équipe autour d'un objectif commun.
  • Force de propositions, capacités décisionnelles et organisationnelles.
  • Rigueur, esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
  • Esprit d'équipe et capacités d'adaptation.
