Job Description ##

Les responsabilités du Responsable Sécurité SST / STPS :

  • Piloter, faire évoluer et mesurer le système de management de la sécurité.
  • Définir et proposer la stratégie SST au Comité de Direction.
  • Conseiller les cadres et la Direction sur toutes les questions liées à la santé et à la sécurité au travail.
  • Coordonner et accompagner les coordinateurs sécurité des différents services.
  • Assurer les relations avec la SUVA, les clients et les organismes externes.
  • Participer aux analyses de dangers, d'accidents et de presque-accidents.
  • Réaliser des visites régulières sur les chantiers et dans les ateliers.
  • Accompagner les responsables opérationnels dans l'amélioration des conditions de travail.
  • Piloter les audits internes et veiller à l'application effective des standards SST.
  • Définir et suivre les indicateurs et objectifs sécurité.
  • Former, sensibiliser et accompagner les collaborateurs et les managers.
  • Participer aux appels d'offres sur les aspects SST.
  • Conseiller les chefs de projets dans l'élaboration des plans d'hygiène et de sécurité.

The Successful Applicant ##

Le profil du Responsable Sécurité SST / STPS : Indispensable :

  • Formation de Spécialiste STPS (ou Chargé de sécurité CFST / formation équivalente).
  • Niveau allemand B2 minimum, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Expérience dans une fonction sécurité opérationnelle.
  • Forte présence terrain et volonté de comprendre les métiers opérationnels.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en construction où certains processus restent à développer.

Idéalement :

  • Expérience dans le secteur ferroviaire (CFF, entreprises de travaux ferroviaires, infrastructures ou environnement similaire).
  • Connaissance des activités de chantier et des contraintes liées aux travaux d'infrastructure.
  • Expérience d'interaction avec des équipes opérationnelles décentralisées.

Au-delà de l'expertise technique, nous recherchons avant tout une personne capable de créer un véritable partenariat avec les équipes opérationnelles. Vous passez du temps sur le terrain, dans les ateliers et sur les chantiers, afin de comprendre les activités, les contraintes métiers et les risques associés.
