Dans le cadre d-une évolution interne au sein de notre organisation, une nouvelle opportunité s-ouvre au sein de notre Service Suisse romande. Nous recherchons, de suite ou à convenir, un(e) Responsable Service à 100 % pour reprendre la responsabilité du secteur Genève-Morges.

Rattaché(e) à notre site de Crissier, vous assurez une présence régulière sur le terrain auprès de nos clients de votre secteur.

Votre mission: ##

Dans le cadre d-une évolution interne au sein de notre organisation, une nouvelle opportunité s-ouvre au sein de notre Service Suisse romande. Nous recherchons notre futur(e) Responsable Service pour reprendre la responsabilité du secteur Genève-Morges. Rattaché(e) à notre site de Crissier, vous assurez le pilotage opérationnel, technique et économique de votre secteur, en étroite collaboration avec nos techniciens, notre Team Leader, la disposition et l-administration.

Vos tâches principales :

  • Analyse des besoins sur site, prises de mesures et établissement des offres
  • Suivi des offres, des mandats Service et des rapports des techniciens
  • Coordination opérationnelle et technique avec les techniciens et le Team Leader
  • Demandes de permis nécessaires pour les interventions sur le domaine public à Genève
  • Suivi du chiffre d-affaires et de la rentabilité de votre secteur
  • Maintien et développement des relations clients par la qualité du Service, le professionnalisme et les solutions apportées
  • Suivi du stock dépôt et collaboration avec la disposition et l-administration

Votre profil ##

  • CFC de storiste ou formation technique équivalente
  • Plusieurs années d-expérience confirmée dans le domaine des stores et protections solaires
  • Solides connaissances techniques, prise de mesures et établissement d-offres
  • Autonomie, gestion du stress, sens des responsabilités et bonne capacité d-organisation
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques et digitaux (CRM, applications métier, Microsoft Office)
  • Très bonnes connaissances du français ; allemand un atout.
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B
