Acteur majeur de la mobilité en Suisse romande, les Transports publics de la région lausannoise (tl) poursuivent leur ambitieux développement, soutenu notamment par des projets de transformation stratégique.

Job Description ##

Rattaché·e à la Direction Stratégie et Transformation de l'Entreprise, vous prenez la responsabilité de l'entité Qualité & Excellence Opérationnelle, composée de six personnes, dont un Responsable Excellence Opérationnelle, des chefs de projet et des spécialistes. Votre priorité sera de concevoir et déployer le système de management intégré des tl, puis d'en assurer l'appropriation et l'évolution dans la durée. Vous aurez notamment pour responsabilités de :

  • Réaliser un diagnostic de l'existant afin d'identifier les pratiques en place, leur niveau de maturité et les principaux axes de progrès.
  • Définir et déployer l'architecture, la gouvernance et les principes de fonctionnement du SMI.
  • Construire et faire évoluer la cartographie des processus et accompagner leurs responsables dans la définition des rôles, des indicateurs et des modes de pilotage.
  • Assurer l'intégration cohérente des différents dispositifs : sécurité et sûreté, gestion des risques, contrôle financier, continuité d'activité, sécurité de l'information et gestion documentaire.
  • Faire du SMI un véritable outil de pilotage et de performance, en collaboration étroite avec les différentes directions de l'entreprise.
  • Piloter, avec votre équipe, la démarche d'excellence opérationnelle en accompagnant les métiers dans l'identification et la mise en œuvre de leviers d'amélioration.

Au-delà du management de votre équipe, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la transformation de l'organisation. Vous traduisez les enjeux stratégiques en actions concrètes et fédérez les équipes transverses autour de priorités communes.

The Successful Applicant ##

Vous bénéficiez d'une formation supérieure en ingénierie, gestion d'entreprise, management des opérations, qualité ou équivalent. Vous disposez impérativement d'une expérience confirmée dans la conception, la construction et le déploiement d'un système de management intégré au sein d'une organisation complexe. Vous maîtrisez les approches de management par les processus, qualité et excellence opérationnelle. Vous associez vision systémique et sens du terrain. Au-delà de la définition du cadre, vous aimez mettre en œuvre et accompagner le changement directement auprès des métiers. Vous disposez d'une expérience de management d'équipe d'experts et de projets transverses. Vous savez convaincre, fédérer et travailler efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français. L'allemand constitue un atout.
