Responsable Système de Management Intégré

  • Formation supérieure technique complétée par une spécialisation en management de la qualité, par exemple TQ3 ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Bonne maîtrise des référentiels ISO 9001 et ISO 45001 ; des connaissances de l'ISO 14001 \= un atout
  • Formation ou expérience en gestion de projet et aptitude à coordonner des interlocuteurs multidisciplinaires
  • Expérience dans une fonction comparable, idéalement au sein d'un environnement industriel
  • Rigueur, esprit d'analyse, autonomie et aisance dans le suivi et l'amélioration de processus structurés
  • Développer et animer le Système de Management Intégré (SMI) afin de soutenir l'efficacité des processus et l'amélioration continue des pratiques de l'entreprise
  • Assurer la maîtrise de la documentation du système et veiller à la mise à jour cohérente des processus, procédures, instructions et enregistrements associés
  • Définir, suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPI) afin de soutenir l'amélioration continue de la performance globale
  • Planifier, préparer et réaliser les audits internes du SMI, puis assurer le suivi des constats et des plans d'actions associés
  • Piloter les actions préventives et correctives, accompagner les changements liés au système de management et contribuer à son application auprès des différents services
