About Our Client ##

Notre client nous mandate afin de l'accompagner dans le recrutement de son futur Responsable Technique et Infrastructure (H/F). Acteur reconnu de son secteur, il gère un patrimoine immobilier et des infrastructures techniques stratégiques nécessitant une expertise élevée en maintenance, exploitation et gestion de projets. Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités et du renforcement de son organisation, il souhaite intégrer un professionnel expérimenté capable de garantir la performance, la pérennité et la conformité de ses installations.

Job Description ##

  • Assurer la gestion technique et opérationnelle des infrastructures et équipements.
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre les stratégies de maintenance préventive et corrective.
  • Piloter les projets de rénovation, de transformation et d'amélioration des infrastructures.
  • Garantir le respect des normes de sécurité, des exigences réglementaires et environnementales.
  • Superviser et coordonner les prestataires externes ainsi que les équipes techniques internes.
  • Élaborer, gérer et suivre les budgets d'exploitation et d'investissement.
  • Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance et assurer un reporting régulier à la direction.
  • Identifier les risques techniques et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Participer à la définition de la stratégie patrimoniale et technique de l'organisation.
  • Encadrer et accompagner les équipes dans leur développement.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Formation supérieure technique (Ingénieur, HES, ES ou équivalent).
  • Expérience professionnelle de 10 ans minimum dans la gestion technique de bâtiments, d'infrastructures ou d'installations complexes.
  • Expérience confirmée dans le management d'équipes techniques.
  • Excellentes connaissances des métiers de la maintenance, de l'exploitation et de la gestion de projets.
  • Bonne maîtrise des réglementations en vigueur liées aux bâtiments et infrastructures.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Leadership, sens de l'organisation et orientation résultats.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication.
