Pour le compte d'une entreprise active dans la gestion et le suivi d'infrastructures techniques, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Technique et Opérationnel(le) afin de renforcer ses équipes. Vos responsabilités : - Assurer la coordination et le suivi des activités opérationnelles. - Planifier, organiser et superviser les interventions ainsi que les projets techniques. - Encadrer et accompagner les équipes sur le terrain. - Garantir le respect des délais, des priorités et des objectifs fixés. - Collaborer avec les différents partenaires, clients et intervenants internes et externes. - Veiller à l'application des normes, procédures et réglementations en vigueur. - Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus et à l'optimisation des ressources.

Votre profil

- Titulaire d'un CFC dans le domaine du bâtiment ou d'une formation technique équivalente. - Expérience en gestion d-équipe avec un excellent sens des priorités. - Expérience confirmée dans la gestion immobilière. - Personne autonome, organisée et appréciant le travail en équipe. - Excellente gestion du stress et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique. - Excellente maîtrise du français à l'oral comme à l'écrit., la connaissance de l'allemand constitue un atout. - Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels, notamment MS Office. - Permis de conduire indispensable. - Connaissance des réglementations, normes techniques et directives applicables appréciée.
