Le parc naturel et animalier de Goldau séduit chaque année environ 450 000 visiteurs. Sur 42 hectares, environ 100 espèces d'animaux sauvages européens vivent. Environ 200 collaborateurs et de nombreux bénévoles s'engagent pour la protection de la nature et des espèces, l'éducation et la recherche, et développent durablement le parc animalier géré scientifiquement.

Vous alliez esprit d'entreprise et passion pour les événements et l'hospitalité ? Dans ce poste clé, vous êtes responsable de l'activité événementielle, de la première demande client jusqu'à la réalisation réussie sur place. Vous développez activement notre offre événementielle et créez des expériences uniques dans un cadre naturel exceptionnel.

Vos tâches ##

  • Vous êtes responsable de l'acquisition, de la planification, de l'organisation et de la réalisation des événements de A à Z
  • Vous élaborez et négociez les offres, contrats et calculs, et préparez les plans d'exécution
  • Vous coordonnez les événements avec les départements internes et dirigez ou instruisez les collaborateurs impliqués
  • Vous entretenez les relations clients existantes, gagnez de nouveaux clients et identifiez les potentiels de vente et de vente additionnelle
  • Vous développez l'offre événementielle et concevez de nouveaux formats attractifs pour les visiteurs journaliers, événements et séminaires
  • Vous dirigez une collaboratrice et coordonnez les collaborateurs engagés pour les événements

Votre profil ##

  • Formation ou perfectionnement en gestion d'événements, hôtellerie, gastronomie ou tourisme avec expérience professionnelle correspondante
  • Expérience de plusieurs années dans la planification et la mise en œuvre autonome d'événements exigeants
  • Connaissances approfondies en gastronomie et compréhension marquée des processus opérationnels, de la qualité et du service
  • Grand talent d'organisation et de coordination ainsi qu'une manière de travailler structurée, fiable et autonome
  • Esprit d'entreprise, créativité et bon sens pour des offres attractives et les potentiels du marché
  • Résistance au stress et calme, même lors de plusieurs événements simultanés
