Notre client, un acteur bancaire suisse reconnu, accompagne une clientèle exigeante composée de particuliers fortunés, d'entrepreneurs et de familles dans leurs réflexions patrimoniales à long terme. Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Wealth Planning et Conseil Patrimonial afin de piloter une équipe de spécialistes et de contribuer activement au développement d'une activité à forte valeur ajoutée. Votre mission : En tant que responsable d'équipe et expert métier, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'accompagnement des clients et dans le développement des compétences de vos collaborateurs. Vous intervenez sur des problématiques patrimoniales complexes tout en contribuant à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de l'établissement. Vos principales responsabilités : - Encadrer, accompagner et développer une équipe de spécialistes - Décliner les orientations stratégiques en objectifs clairs et mobilisateurs - Favoriser l'engagement, la performance et la montée en compétences des collaborateurs - Accompagner une clientèle d'entrepreneurs, de dirigeants et de familles sur des problématiques patrimoniales complexes - Conseiller les clients dans les domaines de la prévoyance, de la retraite, de la fiscalité et de la transmission patrimoniale - Développer et renforcer les relations avec la clientèle grâce à votre expertise et à votre réseau - Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de gestion de patrimoine, de clientèle privée et de clientèle entreprises - Promouvoir une culture du risque saine et conforme aux exigences réglementaires en vigueur

Votre profil

\- Formation universitaire ou supérieure dans les domaines de la finance, de la fiscalité, de la gestion patrimoniale ou formation jugée équivalente en Suisse - Expérience confirmée en wealth planning, planification patrimoniale ou conseil patrimonial complexe - Solide expérience auprès d'entrepreneurs - Expérience réussie dans la gestion, l'encadrement ou le développement d'équipes - Excellentes compétences relationnelles, capacité à convaincre et à fédérer - Sens du développement commercial et goût pour le réseautage - Vision stratégique, esprit d'initiative et orientation résultats - Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'allemand Date d'entrée : - De suite ou à convenir Vous souhaitez mettre votre expertise patrimoniale, votre leadership et votre vision au service d'une clientèle exigeante ?
