Misoga ist ein etabliertes koreanisches Restaurant im Zürcher Seefeld. Wir verbinden authentische koreanische Küche, Tisch-BBQ, persönliche Gastfreundschaft und einen professionellen Mittags- und Abendservice.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir keine reine Serviceaushilfe, sondern eine erfahrene Fachperson, die Verantwortung übernimmt, unsere Servicequalität weiterentwickelt und perspektivisch beim Aufbau unseres Lehrbetriebs mitwirkt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Professionelle Betreuung unserer Gäste im Mittags- und Abendservice
  • Selbstständiges Führen einer eigenen Servicestation
  • Kompetente Beratung zu koreanischen Gerichten, Tisch-BBQ, Getränken und Wein
  • Aktiver Verkauf und aufmerksame Begleitung der Gäste während des gesamten Aufenthalts
  • Mise en place sowie Öffnungs- und Abschlussarbeiten
  • Erfassen von Bestellungen, Bedienung des Kassensystems und korrekte Zahlungsabwicklung
  • Enge Koordination mit Küche, Service und Betriebsleitung
  • Betreuung von Reservationen, Gruppen, Firmenanlässen und privaten Veranstaltungen
  • Sicherstellung unserer Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Servicestandards
  • Einarbeitung und fachliche Begleitung neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Mitwirkung beim Aufbau eines professionellen Ausbildungskonzepts
  • Perspektivische Betreuung von Lernenden nach Erteilung der kantonalen Bildungsbewilligung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Restaurantfachfrau oder Restaurantfachmann EFZ, Restaurationsfachperson EFZ oder ein in der Schweiz anerkannter gleichwertiger Abschluss
  • Idealerweise mindestens drei Jahre Berufspraxis im qualifizierten Restaurantservice
  • Berufsbildnerkurs bereits abgeschlossen oder Bereitschaft, diesen zeitnah zu absolvieren
  • Erfahrung als Schichtleitung, Stationsleitung oder in einer vergleichbaren Verantwortungsfunktion von Vorteil
  • Zusätzliche Ausbildung oder praktische Erfahrung als Köchin oder Koch ist ein grosses Plus
  • Sicheres, freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, idealerweise mindestens Niveau B2
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse; Koreanisch oder Französisch sind willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität und echtes Interesse an koreanischer Küche
  • Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu geteilten Diensten und regelmässigen Abendeinsätzen bis 23:00 Uhr
  • Gültige Arbeitsberechtigung für die Schweiz

Arbeitszeitmodell - Dienstag bis Freitag: 11:00-14:30 Uhr und 17:30-23:00 Uhr, 9 Stunden pro Tag (36 Stunden) - Samstag: 16:30-23:00 Uhr inklusive 30 Minuten unbezahlter Pause (6 Stunden) - Sonntag und Montag frei - Total: durchschnittlich 42 bezahlte Stunden pro Woche
