YOUR MISSION: • Du stellst gemeinsam mit dem Store Manager sicher, dass der Store durch den effektiven Einsatz von kurz- und langfristiger Planung, Kostenkontrolle und erstklassigen Service kontinuierlich die Umsatz-, KPI- und Profitabilitätsziele erreicht oder übertrifft • Du gewährleistest eine gleichbleibend hohe Kundenzufriedenheit innerhalb des Stores gemäß unseren PUMA Werten und den etablierten Service Standards • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die akkurate Ausführung von Verkäufen, Umtauschen, Rückerstattungen und Rabattaktionen an der Kasse während du sicherstellst, dass die Richtlinien der Discount Policy & Procedures eingehalten werden • Du unterstützt den Store Manager bei der Rekrutierung, dem Training, der Weiterbildung und der Nachfolgebesetzung sowie bei der Vorbereitung und Verwaltung der Leistungsbewertungen des Teams • Du verstehst es, die Kunden zu analysieren, Trends und wettbewerbsfähige Informationen, die das Geschäft beeinflussen, zu erkennen und so das Business gemeinsam mit dem Store Manager anzutreiben • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Loss Prevention und operational compliance innerhalb des Stores; Du verwaltest, erreichst und versuchst alle Inventory & Shrink Ziele zu übertreffen; Du kontrollierst und verwaltest den physischen Bestand • Du unterstützt den Store Manager bei der Kommunikation, Verwaltung und Ausführung aller marketingangetriebenen Initiativen und Events innerhalb des Budgets und gemäß allen festgelegten Leitfäden

YOUR TALENT: • 2-3 Jahre Führungserfahrung in einer fokussierten, kundenorientierten Einzelhandelsumgebung (vorzugsweise Bekleidung/Schuhe) • Leidenschaft für die Marke PUMA • Handelsgeschick und finanzielles Kostenbewusstsein • Kundenorientierte, zuverlässige und freundliche Persönlichkeit • Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter zu rekrutieren, zu motivieren und zu schulen • Starke Kommunikations-, Motivations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit • Starkes Organisationstalent und gutes Zeitmanagement • Sicheres Auftreten bei der Präsentation von Informationen vor einer großen Gruppe • Interesse an Innovation und Veränderung • Computerkenntnisse, grundlegendes Know-how über MS-Office einschließlich dem Gebrauch von Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint und Internet
