Unser spitalgebundener Rettungsdienst ist IVR-anerkannt und leistet mit seinen Rettungsfahrzeugen rund 1'500 primäre und sekundäre Einsätze. Im Winter liegt der Schwerpunkt bei der Traumatologie und es findet eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Pistenrettungsdiensten statt.

Als Regionalspital/Akutspital mit Rettungsdienst, Pflegeheim und Spitex sind wir für die medizinische Grundversorgung der Davoser Bevölkerung und Gäste zuständig. Genauso wichtig ist uns aber auch das Wohlbefinden unserer Mitarbeitenden. Bei uns arbeiten Sie in einem überschaubaren, für die Region jedoch äusserst wichtigen Betrieb. Wir pflegen ein kollegiales Arbeitsklima und geniessen die Nähe zur Natur sowie die zahlreichen Sport- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten von Davos.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Rettungsteams suchen wir für die Wintersaison 2027/28 eine:n

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Kompetentes Handeln und Sicherstellen der medizinischen Erstversorgung
  • Patientenversorgung gemäss Kompetenzdelegation, Algorithmen und Weisungen
  • Patientenbeurteilung und situationsgerechte Überwachung während des Einsatzes
  • Einhaltung der Richtlinien und Mittragen der Verantwortung für die Qualitätssicherung 
  • Organisation in Ressorts aufgeteilt, Mitarbeit in einem Ressort nach Wunsch möglich

Ihr Profil

  • Dipl. Rettungssanitäter:in HF oder anerkanntes ausländisches Diplom
  • Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit Fach- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Führerausweis der Kategorie B/C1/D1 vorhanden
