Helvo est une fintech suisse dont la mission est d'offrir aux PME un espace unique et digital pour gérer leurs finances professionnelles - compte, paiements, cartes, facturation et suivi de trésorerie, disponible 24h/24 et 7j/7 sans paperasse. En tant qu'Associé Commercial, vous êtes au carrefour de notre croissance : vous rencontrez les futurs chefs d'entreprise, les guidez du premier contact jusqu'à une intégration digitale fluide, et construisez le réseau de partenaires - incubateurs, associations professionnelles, cabinets comptables - qui les orientent vers nous en premier lieu. Vous animerez des démonstrations, représenterez Helvo lors d'événements de réseautage à travers la Suisse, et maintiendrez notre pipeline commercial affûté, tout en travaillant étroitement avec nos équipes Support et Produit pour garantir que chaque première expérience d'une PME avec Helvo soit positive. C'est un rôle pratique et à fort volume pour quelqu'un qui apprécie à la fois la chasse de nouveaux clients et la rigueur de les accompagner jusqu'à la signature et l'activation du client.

 

Responsabilités

  • Qualifier les leads entrants et sortants et prioriser le pipeline commercial.
  • Conduire des présentations et des démonstrations avec des clients PME potentiels.
  • Identifier, approcher et développer des partenariats avec des incubateurs, accélérateurs, associations professionnelles et cabinets comptables.
  • Représenter Helvo lors d'événements de réseautage et salons professionnels.
  • Effectuer des vérifications de premier niveau sur les prospects (forme juridique, cohérence commerciale) avant d'engager une relation.
  • Maintenir la précision du pipeline CRM et contribuer à la revue hebdomadaire des ventes et des revenus.

 

Indispensable

  • Maîtrise du allemand et de l'anglais (oral et écrit) - obligatoire pour couvrir les partenaires suisse-allemands. Le français est un plus.
  • Expérience avérée en ventes B2B ou développement commercial, idéalement avec des PME.
  • Aisance avec un CRM (HubSpot ou équivalent) et maintien d'un pipeline propre et à jour.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et aisance à représenter l'entreprise lors d'événements externes.
  • Fort sens de l'organisation.

 

Atouts

  • Expérience dans la fintech, la banque ou les services financiers pour PME.
  • Réseau existant dans l'écosystème entrepreneurial suisse (incubateurs, associations professionnelles, cabinets comptables).
  • Compréhension de base des formes juridiques suisses (SA, SARL, entreprise individuelle) et des contrôles de type KYB.
