**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Führung und Koordination von Prüfungsteams bei Abschluss- und Finanzaufsichtsprüfungen * Steuerung des gesamten Prüfungsprozesses * Bewertung und Prüfung von Prozessen, internen Kontrollsystemen, Rechnungsführung und Haushaltsvollzug bei kantonalen Institutionen (z.B. Steuern, Hochschulen, Bauwesen, Kliniken, Polizei, Justiz und mehr) * Sicherstellung der Termineinhaltung, Prüfungszielerreichung und Qualität verbunden mit der Überwachung des prüfungsbezogenen Controllings * Mehrwert und Sicherheit schaffen mit professionellen Prüfungsurteilen/Berichten

**Ihr Profil**

* Abschluss als dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer/in oder CIA -- oder stehen kurz davor * Erfahrung in der externen Revision * Dynamische Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem analytischem, konzeptionellem und betriebswirtschaftlichem Denken verbunden mit hoher Sozialkompetenz * Selbständige Arbeitsweise, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein * Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit mit Informatik- und Baurevisoren sowie Juristen

**Über die Finanzkontrolle**

Kennen Sie uns? Die Finanzkontrolle ist das oberste Fachorgan der Finanzaufsicht. Als kompetenter und verlässlicher Partner von Parlament, Regierung, Verwaltung und Justiz ist es das Ziel der Finanzkontrolle zusammen mit den rund 20 Fachspezialisten, nebst Sicherheit und Vertrauen auch Mehrwerte zu schaffen. Als unabhängiger Abschlussprüfer prüft die Finanzkontrolle u.a. die Jahresrechnung des Kantons mit einer Bilanzsumme von rund CHF 12 Mrd. Die Finanzaufsicht der Finanzkontrolle umfasst die Prüfung der Ordnungs- und Rechtsmässigkeit sowie der Wirtschaftlichkeit des Haushaltsvollzugs sowie im Zusammenhang mit Subventionen die Zweckmässigkeit der Mittelverwendung.
