Menschen mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen werden über Arbeitsintegration in der freien Wirtschaft oder innerhalb der IG Arbeit individuell begleitet, damit sie in unserer Gesellschaft wieder Fuss fassen können.

Mit unserem Seminarhotel Romerohaus bieten wir neben 16 Zimmern eine vollständige Seminarinfrastruktur für 10 bis 150 Personen. Das Angebot wird von einem entsprechenden Gastronomieangebot abgerundet. Zudem bieten wir in diesem Haus Arbeitsplätze für rund 30 Personen an und implementieren dabei Arbeits- und Ausbildungsplätze mit entsprechenden Inhalten für Mitarbeitende mit einer psychischen Beeinträchtigung.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Rezeptionist/in 60% (m/w/d)

Du freust dich auf folgende Aufgaben • Unterstützung bei der Förderung, Führung, Begleitung und Anleitung unserer Lernenden und Mitarbeitenden mit einer Leistungsbeeinträchtigung • Selbständige Durchführung der Tätigkeiten im Bereich Administration / Rezeption und Seminare sowie Mithilfe bei weiteren Tätigkeiten eines Hotellerie- und Gastronomiebetriebes bei Bedarf • Sicherstellung für das Wohl und die Betreuung unserer Seminar- und Hotelgäste, gemeinsam mit einem Team, bestehend aus Fachpersonen und Mitarbeitenden (KlientInnen)

Mit diesem Profil bist du bei uns genau richtig • Erfahrung am Empfang in der Hotellerie zwingend erforderlich • Berufliche Grundausbildung (EFZ oder äquivalent) von Vorteil • Freude am Planen und Organisieren unserer Seminare und Bankette • Flexible Arbeitseinsätze an Wocheneden bzw. vereinzelt auch am Abend • Sehr gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office, Protel, booking.com) • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch
