ricezionista (professione segnalata) Mansioni: - Accoglienza cordiale, assistenza e saluto degli ospiti al momento della partenza (Check-in / Check-out). - Gestione delle prenotazioni, delle richieste, delle e-mail e delle informazioni telefoniche. - Punto di riferimento per qualsiasi esigenza, richiesta o segnalazione degli ospiti durante il loro soggiorno. - Fatturazione, gestione della cassa e mansioni amministrative di reception. - Consulenza personalizzata e competente agli ospiti su mete escursionistiche, percorsi da trekking, luoghi di interesse e attività nella regione. - Vendita e intermediazione di biglietti, offerte per il tempo libero o servizi aggiuntivi del resort (ad es. trattamenti benessere). - Supporto attivo al team di ristorazione nel ristorante (ad es. durante il servizio colazione, l'assistenza agli ospiti nelle ore di punta o il servizio bar). - Raccordo fluido tra reception, cucina e servizio di sala. - Stretta collaborazione con i manutentori/servizio tecnico e con il servizio ai piani (Housekeeping) per la preparazione dei 68 appartamenti vacanze e per il mantenimento degli elevati standard di qualità nell'intero resort (inclusi piscina e area wellness).

Requisiti: - Esperienza professionale: Formazione professionale completata con successo nel settore alberghiero/ristorazione oppure candidati/e provenienti da altri settori fortemente motivati/e e con un marcato orientamento al servizio. - Conoscenze linguistiche: È indispensabile un'ottima conoscenza del tedesco sia parlato che scritto; la conoscenza di ulteriori lingue (ad es. inglese o francese) costituisce un notevole vantaggio. - Conoscenza del territorio: Approfondita conoscenza della regione ed entusiasmo nel condividerla e raccomandarla agli ospiti. - Flessibilità: Disponibilità alla collaborazione attiva nel settore ristorante e a lavorare su turni e nei fine settimana. - Personalità: Presenza cordiale e curata, resistenza allo stress nei momenti di lavoro intenso e forte attitudine al lavoro di squadra - Buona conoscenza dell’italiano - Licenza di condurre cat.B
