In einem Team von Spezialisten überwachen Sie die Themen des operationellen Risikomanagements und der operationellen Resilienz in der Schweiz und wirken direkt bei Beaufsichtigten vor Ort massgeblich mit.

Risikomanager Operationelle Risiken und Resilienz (m/w/d)

Die FINMA beaufsichtigt den Schweizer Finanzmarkt. Sie schützt die Interessen der Anlegerinnen und Anleger, Gläubiger und Versicherten und trägt mit ihrer Aufsicht zur Stabilität und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Finanzmarktakteure bei. Dafür engagieren sich täglich über 800 kompetente und motivierte Mitarbeitende.

Wir bieten Ihnen im Geschäftsbereich Integrierte Risikoexpertise eine Tätigkeit als

Hauptaufgaben

  • Überwachung des operationellen Risikomanagements sowie Sicherstellung der operationellen Resilienz bei Beaufsichtigten
  • Durchführung von Kontrollen bei Banken und Versicherungen vor Ort
  • Festlegung der Prüfstrategie und Auswertung der Prüfberichterstattung
  • Weiterentwicklung des Aufsichtskonzepts zur Überwachung der operationellen Resilienz
  • Überwachung der Berechnung der Eigenmittelanforderungen für operationelle Risiken
  • Mitwirkung in nationalen und internationalen Arbeitsgruppen und Gremien

Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Betriebsökonomie, vorzugsweise mit finanzökonomischer Ergänzung
  • Vertiefte Erfahrung (5–7 Jahre) im operationellen Risikomanagement, vorzugsweise in der Finanzindustrie
  • Erfahrung mit analytischem und selbständigem Arbeiten in komplexen und zeitkritischen Situationen
  • Überzeugendes und professionelles Auftreten im Dialog mit den Beaufsichtigten, auch bei kontroversen Diskussionen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- oder Französischkenntnisse (C2\) sowie gute Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache (B2\) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1\)
