Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig. Ein robustes Risikomanagement ist das Rückgrat unserer Produktsicherheit. Ohne Sie bleibt Sicherheit Zufall. Sie sorgen dafür, dass Risiken systematisch erfasst, bewertet und minimiert werden – von der Entwicklung bis zur Marktüberwachung unserer Produkte. Dabei erwartet Sie keine trockene Aktenarbeit, sondern eine verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe in einem modernen MedTech\-Unternehmen, in dem Ihr Einsatz täglich einen Unterschied im Leben von Patientinnen und Patienten macht. Ihre Aufgaben Sie verantworten Aufbau, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Risikomanagement\-Systems nach ISO 14971 über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus. Sie moderieren Risikoanalysen (u. a. FMEA) gemeinsam mit der Entwicklung, Produktion, und Regulatory Affairs und stellen die Qualität der Risikoakten sicher. Sie erstellen und pflegen normkonforme Risikomanagementakten und verzahnen diese mit Post\-Market\-Surveillance und Vigilanzdaten. Sie werten Reklamationen, CAPAs und Markterfahrungen aus, erkennen Risikotrends frühzeitig und leiten wirksame Massnahmen ab. Sie begleiten Audits und Behördeninspektionen als Fachperson für Risikomanagement. Sie schulen Kolleginnen und Kollegen in Risikomanagement\-Methodik und fördern eine Risikokultur, die im Alltag gelebt wird – nicht nur dokumentiert. Sie begleiten den Entwurf, die Durchführung und der Dokumentation von Design\-, Prozess\- und Testmethodenvalidierungen. Ihr Profil Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Risiko\- oder Qualitätsmanagement in der MedTech Branche. Fundierte Kenntnisse der ISO 14971 und ISO 13485 sowie Erfahrung mit der FMEA\-Methodik sowie Validierungen. Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln. Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch fliessend.
