Bei enovetic entwickeln wir innovative Lösungen für den Schweizer Arbeitsmarkt. Für unser SaaS\-Team suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Projekte erfolgreich steuert, Veränderungen begleitet und als Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT wirkt. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für spannende Projekte rund um unsere Lösungen easytemp und easymission und sorgst dafür, dass Anforderungen, Prozesse und Veränderungen erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.

Was dich erwartet

  • Vorbereitung, Moderation und Nachbereitung der regelmässiger Change Advisory Board (CAB) Meetings
  • Ressource Kapazitätsplanung und Priorisierung von Changes gemäss CAB Entscheidungen
  • Gesamtverantwortung für Projekte von der Initiierung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
  • Erhebung, Analyse und Dokumentation von Business\-Anforderungen zusammen mit den Kunden und der Entwicklung
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Qualität der gelieferten Lösungen
  • Identifikation und Management von Projektrisiken sowie Einleitung geeigneter Massnahmen
  • Steuerung und Management interner und externer Stakeholder
  • Regelmässiges Reporting an das Management

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und/oder Change Management
  • Erfahrung als Scrum Master bzw. Product Owner von Vorteil
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Führung von einem IT Team
  • Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement und in der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Business und IT
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse. Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
