Deine Aufgaben

  • Fakturieren anhand von Arbeitsrapporten
  • Erstellen von Ausmassen, Arbeitsrapporten und administrativen Unterlagen
  • Unterstützen bei der Fakturierung sowie bei der Arbeitszeit- und Personaladministration
  • Bearbeiten von Ein- und Austritten sowie weiteren administrativen Personalprozessen
  • Koordinieren von Terminen, Kursen, Personalausrüstung und internen Abläufen
  • Organisieren von Bestellungen, Arbeitsmitteln und mobilen Geräten
  • Unterstützen bei der Organisation von Anlässen und allg. administrativen Aufgaben
  • Übernehmen von kleineren Controlling- und Dokumentationsaufgaben

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung als Kauffrau EFZ mit Berufserfahrung in einen vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Erfahrung in der Fakturierung
  • Teamfähige sowie kunden- und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit gesundem Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Organisationstalent mit unternehmerischer Denk- und Handlungsweise sowie selbstständiger und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher (C2)
