In einem regional verwurzelten Unternehmen der Fahrzeug- und Maschinenbranche mit rund 50 Mitarbeitenden an mehreren Standorten in der Zentralschweiz laufen die kaufmännischen Fäden zusammen. Das Unternehmen ist in den Bereichen Landtechnik, Kommunaltechnik, Motorgeräte und Nutzfahrzeuge tätig und pflegt eine bodenständige, familiäre Kultur, in der Verlässlichkeit und persönlicher Kontakt zählen. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fakturieren und Versenden der freigegebenen Werkstattaufträge innerhalb kurzer Fristen
  • Kontrollieren und Ergänzen der Ersatzteilverrechnung in den Werkstattaufträgen
  • Bearbeiten der Kreditorenrechnungen und Verknüpfen mit Lieferscheinen im digitalen Visumsprozess
  • Sicherstellen des Telefon-, Post- und Empfangsdienstes sowie Beantworten allgemeiner Anfragen
  • Pflegen der Adressstammdaten und Erledigen der laufenden Geschäftskorrespondenz
  • Mitwirken bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung administrativer Abläufe

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung EFZ oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer administrativen Funktion, idealerweise mit Fakturation und Kreditorenkontrolle
  • Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • Genaue, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit gutem Zahlenverständnis
  • Interesse an Technik und einem handwerklich geprägten Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher (C2) / Französisch: Gute Kenntnisse (B1-B2) / Englisch und/oder Italienisch: Ein Plus
