Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützen des Bauleiters bei der Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten/-aufträgen
  • Vorbereiten von Offerten sowie Mithelfen beim Betreuen von Kundenprojekten
  • Verantworten der Terminüberwachung, Materialbeschaffung und Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Betreuen und Koordinieren von Baustellen, Führen und Planen des Personals sowie Bearbeiten der Projekte
  • Ausführen von Arbeiten im Bereich AVOR, Rapportwesen und Controlling
  • Kontrollieren der Kosten, Stunden und Regie-Rapporte sowie Erstellen von techn. Dokumentationen

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung in der Bauhaupt- oder -nebenbranche (Gerüstbauer, Maler, Dachdecker, Fassadenbauer, Zimmermann, Maurer, Metallbauer oder Gärtner Fachrichtung Garten- und Landschaftsbau)
  • Weiterbildung als Gruppenleiter, Bauführer, Objektleiter Gebäudehülle, Dipl. Techniker HF Bauplanung oder Techn. Kaufmann mit eidg. FA (oder in Ausbildung dazu)
  • Teamfähige sowie kosten- und qualitätsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit vernetzter Denkweise
  • Lösungsorientierte, strukturierte, proaktive sowie analytische Arbeitsweise und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Organisationsflair sowie kunden- und zielorientierte Handlungsweise
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher
