Ihre Aufgaben -------------

  • Kundenaufträge im Griff: Von der Erfassung über die Abstimmung bis zur Fakturierung.
  • Weltweit vernetzt: Sie erstellen Ausfuhr\-Zolldokumente und koordinieren die Import\- und Exportprozesse reibungslos.
  • Kommunikationstalent: Als erste Anlaufstelle unterstützen Sie unsere Kunden und arbeiten eng mit internen Abteilungen zusammen.
  • Vielseitiger Support: Sie unterstützen aktiv unser Vertriebsteam sowie administrative Bereiche im Marketing.
  • Datenpflege: Sie halten unsere Stammdaten im ERP\-System stets auf dem neuesten Stand.

Ihr Profil ----------

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundbildung.
  • Erfahrung: Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst und/oder in der Exportabwicklung mit.
  • Sprachgewandtheit: Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Software\-Fit: Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS\-Office\-Programmen und Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit ERP\-Systemen.
  • Persönlichkeit: Sie sind kundenorientiert, denken unternehmerisch und packen Dinge gerne selbstständig an.
