In der Schweizer Manufaktur produzieren wir Funktions\- und Eingangstüren aus Holz für den Schweizer Markt. Unser Sortiment reicht vom Rohling bis zur montagefertigen Türe. An unserem Produktionsstandort Bremgarten/AG suchen wir zur Verstärkung unserer Innendienst Abteilung eine/n Sachbearbeiter Backoffice.

IHRE ROLLE

In dieser spannenden Funktion haben Sie die Möglichkeit unsere Verkaufsorganisation proaktiv mitzugestalten. Sie sind für die telefonische Erreichbarkeit für unsere Kunden, für die Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Erfassung der Lagerprodukte als auch für die Einhaltung von zeitlichen Vorgaben für Auftragserfassungen, Gutschriften und Fakturierungen, verantwortlich.

HAUPTAUFGABEN

  • Betreuung der Telefonzentrale und Beantwortung eingehender Anrufe in Deutsch und ösisch
  • Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung der Kunden (am Telefon und per E\-Mail)
  • Pflege des CRM
  • Empfang von Kunden und Besuchern unter Einhaltung der Sicherheitsauflagen
  • Speditive und termingerechte Auftragserfassung (Lagersortiment)
  • Tägliche, selbständige Betreuung des Faktura\-/Gutschriftwesens
  • Unterstützung bei Engpässen im Verkaufsteam im Sinne des gemeinsamen Erfolgs
  • Einlesen der Handelswaren im ERP ( )
  • Mithilfe beim Monatsabschluss \& Inventur

WAS SUCHEN WIR?

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung/ Quereinstieg möglich; Erfahrung im Kundeninnendienst von Vorteil
  • starke Kundenorientierung und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägter komplexe Themen zu verstehen und gemeinsam Lösung zu finden
  • Offene, initiative Persönlichkeit und sehr gutem Organisationstalent
  • Belastbarkeit und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

  • Sehr gute Deutsch und ösisch Kenntnisse
  • Computerkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit ERP und CRM Systemen
