Du suchst eine vielseitige Drehscheibenfunktion mit engem Kontakt zu Vertrieb, Kundendienst und Werkstatt? Dann erwartet dich in unserer Sparte Betontechnik ein spannendes Aufgabengebiet mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum und Entwicklungspotenzial.

Das sind deine Aufgaben ##

  • Du bereitest Kundenfakturierungen vor, löst diese aus, überwachst und kontrollierst sie
  • Du erfasst und kontrollierst Zeiten für die Fakturierung der Service-Techniker und Werkstattmitarbeitenden
  • Du erstellst Angebote, Kalkulationen und Auftragsbestätigungen bis hin zum Lieferschein
  • Du wickelst Bestellungen mit den Lieferwerken selbstständig ab
  • Du bearbeitest Garantie- und Kulanzfälle in Zusammenarbeit mit den Herstellerwerken
  • Du verbuchst Fremdrechnungen und belastest diese auf die entsprechenden Aufträge
  • Du begleitest und unterstützt bei Bedarf temporär die Ausbildung von Lernenden

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Du verfügst über eine technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Bezug zu einem technischen Umfeld
  • Du kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch. Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Du hast gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, gewissenhaft und zuverlässig
  • Du bist belastbar, bringst Eigeninitiative mit und suchst aktiv nach Lösungen
  • Du bist offen für Veränderungen und hast Freude daran, Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln
