Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir an unserem Hauptsitz in Vilters/SG eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Sachbearbeiter Customer Service 50% (m/w)

Ihre Aufgaben \- mit Wirkung und Verantwortung

  • Verantwortlich für die Auftragsabwicklung vom Eingang bis zur Fakturierung
  • Telefonische (interne) Kundenbetreuung
  • Bearbeitung von Retouren und Gutschriften
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
  • Arbeitstage Montag und Dienstag ganzer Tag, Mittwoch morgen

Ihr Profil \- das bringen Sie für unsere gemeinsame Erfolgsgeschichte mit

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung (oder techn. Grundausbildung mit kaufm. Weiterbildung)
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf Innendienst oder Auftragsabwicklung gesammelt
  • Stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch sowie sehr gute Französisch Kenntnisse
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit guten PC\-Kenntnissen
  • SAP\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil (idealerweise SD Modul)
