Unsere Kundin ist eine Vereinigung mehrerer Unternehmen mit vielfältigen Berufsfeldern und bietet dadurch ein breites Spektrum an Aufgaben und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten. Der Standort in Emmen ist gut erreichbar und das Umfeld zeichnet sich durch kurze Wege und einen kollegialen Umgang aus. Wer gerne Verantwortung im Finanzbereich übernimmt und Freude an einer strukturierten, sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise hat, findet hier ein passendes Umfeld für einen Einsatz von rund 6 Monaten mit Option auf Verlängerung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeiten der Fakturierung und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Betreuen des Mahnwesens
  • Abstimmen und Kontrollieren von Konten
  • Zusammenarbeiten mit dem Team und der Finanzabteilung
  • Unterstützen bei Monats\- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
  • Übernehmen der Stellvertretung im Team und Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Ablaufs

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter Rechnungswesen oder ähnliche von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Buchhaltung und Rechnungswesen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS\-Office, insbesondere Excel, SAP\-Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Hohe Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher C2 / jede weitere Sprache ein Plus
