Als Partnerunternehmen der Kühl-Gruppe koordiniert die Stöckli AG Entsorgung & Recycling die Schweizer Aktivitäten des Firmenverbundes. Dies beinhaltet das vollständige Angebot eines Komplettentsorgers wie bspw. die Erstellung passgenauer Abfallerfassungs- und Entsorgungskonzepte, die Bereitstellung der geeigneten Entsorgungslogistik oder den Vertrieb der Sekundärrohstoffe.

Für unser Unternehmen suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen Sachbearbeiter Disposition 100% M/W unbefristet.

Annahme und Verarbeitung von Transportaufträgen inklusive Aussenlager • Effiziente Auslastung der eigenen Fahrzeuge / geringer Leerfahrtenanteil • Kostenbewusste Einsatzplanung der Entsorgungsfahrzeugen • Koordinierte Ablauf der Fahrzeuge im Werkareal • Bearbeitung der Fahrerdokumente • Personalplanung für die Fahrzeugbesetzung • Kontrolle der Dienstleistungen sowie deren Dokumentation • Operative Kundenbetreuung • Reklamationsaufnahme • Ansprechpartner für Auftraggeber, Bürger, Lieferranten usw. • Selbständige Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben • Kundenwünsche zeitgerecht erfüllen • Eingangs- und Ausgangscheckpoint für das Betriebsgelände • Ansprechsperson für alle Belangen bezüglich unseren Transportdienstleistungen • Materialbestellung Fuhrpark • Instandhaltung Fuhrpark

Verantwortlichkeiten: • Frühzeitiges Erscheinen am Arbeitsplatz • Wirtschaftlicher Einsatz von Mensch und Fahrzeug • Kontrolle der Lenk-, Ruhe- und Arbeitszeiten (mit Tagesrapport und Webfleet) • Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorschriften im In- und Ausland (ARV, SUVA) • korrekte Auftragsrapportierung • Rechtzeitiges Bestellen der einzelnen Treibstoffe (Diesel, AdBlue und Heizöl) • Korrekte Bedienung der Waage • Information- und Kommunikation mit internen Stellen z.Bsp. mit Mechaniker, Maschinisten, Papier- und Schrotthalle, Sekretariat, Geschäftsleitung • Kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit allen Mitarbeitern • Richtiges deklarieren der ein- und ausgehenden Materialien • Freundliche Bedienung der Kunden / Lieferanten / Anwohner usw. • Überprüfung des Verbrauches vom Treibstoff im Fuhrpark • Wartung und Pflege des Fuhrparkes • Überprüfung der Schadensfälle betreff des Fuhrparkes, Meldung der Versicherung in schriftlicher Form und Kontrolle des Ablaufes Hauptaufgaben: • Einteilung Chauffeur • Einteilung Aufträge • Rapportierung und Kontrolle der Aufträge • Erstellen der Fahrer-Tages- / Wochenpläne • Bedienung der Waage und Ausstellung der Liefer- und Waagscheine • Telefonbedienung • Überwachung und Bestellung von Pflege und Unterhalt der Fahrzeuge und Betriebsmittel
