Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung für unserPersonenwagen-Zentrum Schlieren eine kompetente und versierte Person als Sachbearbeiter Empfang \& Telefon 50% (m/w) .

Ihre Aufgaben -------------

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Kunden und Geschäftspartner
  • Verantwortlich für die freundliche, speditive Entgegennahme und Vermittlung von Telefonanrufen
  • Terminvereinbarung und Planung von Kundenterminen und Ersatzfahrzeugen
  • Bearbeitung allgemeiner administrativer Arbeiten im Back-Office sowie Onlinekundenbetreuung
  • Mithilfe im Kundendienstbereich und Bedienung der Kunden an der Kaffeebar
  • Arbeitseinsätze jeweils Montag, Donnerstag und Samstag

Ihr Profil ----------

  • Kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit guten IT-Kenntnissen
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Automobilbranche in genannter oder vergleichbarer Position von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute mündliche Kenntnisse von mind. einer Fremdsprache (E/F/I)
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten
  • Belastbare, freundliche und aufgestellte Persönlichkeit
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
