Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Verantwortlich für die selbstständige komplette Auftragsabwicklung für nationale und internationale Kunden
  • Planung und Organisation von internationalen Transporten auf allen Wegen (Camion, Kurier, Luftfracht)
  • Erstellung der erforderlichen Exportdokumente (Ursprungszeugnisse, Ausfuhrscheine, Zolldokumente etc.)
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zoll- und Exportvorschriften sowie der länderspezifischen Anforderungen
  • Korrespondenz mit Behörden, Spediteuren, Kunden, Zoll etc.

Ihr Profil ##

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Verkaufsabwicklung und Exporterfahrung
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, weitere wie Französisch von Vorteil
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse und bekannter Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Kompetentes und sicheres Auftreten
