Zur Verstärkung an unserem Hauptsitz in Vilters SG in der Abteilung Invoicing \& Helpdesk suchen wir in Teilzeit eine Persönlichkeit als

Sachbearbeiter Feuerungskontrolle (w/m/d) 50% Ihre Aufgaben

  • Administrative Aufgaben im Bereich Feuerungskontrolle: Versendung von Messstreifen, Feuerungsrapporten und Eingabe von Daten in On\-line\-Plattformen etc.
  • Allgemeine Datenpflege sowie Kontrolle, Pflege und Überwachung von FEUKO\-Fälligkeiten
  • Unterstützung der Servicefachmänner und \-frauen sowie der Mitar\-beiter im Backoffice und Servicecenter in FEUKO\-Angelegenheiten
  • Auskunftserteilung oder Abklärungen mit Feuerungskontrolleuren und öffentlichen Ämtern
  • Kontrolle und Verarbeitung der eingehenden Rechnungen von Feuerungskontrolleuren

Was Sie mitbringen:

\- Kaufmännische Ausbildung o.ä.

\- Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung und im Kundenkontakt \- Kenntnisse der gängigsten Microsoft 365 Anwendungen (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, MS Teams) erwünscht \- Kommunikative und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit \- Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Dienstleistungsorientierung \- Stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch wird vorausgesetzt \- Französisch\- und Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
