Deine Aufgaben

  • Führen der Kreditorenbuchhaltung für diverse Betriebe aus der Hotellerie, Gastronomie und Verwaltung
  • Kontrollieren, Kontieren und Erfassen von Rechnungen, Gutschriften und Spesen
  • Überwachen und Abstimmen verschiedener Konten, wie Bank- und Intercompany-Positionen
  • Bearbeiten der laufenden Zahlungsläufe sowie Kontrollieren der Kreditkartenabrechnungen
  • Mitarbeiten bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen gemäss OR
  • Aufbereiten von Auswertungen und Kennzahlen zuhanden der Finanzleitung

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
  • Von Vorteil Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiterin Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder Treuhand
  • Erste bis mehrjährige Praxis im Bereich Kreditoren
  • Sehr gute MS-Office- und ERP-Kenntnisse
  • Exakte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, auch wenn mehrere Themen gleichzeitig anstehen
  • Kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die den Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Stellen im Betrieb schätzt
  • Deutsch: Gute Kenntnisse (B2) / Englisch: Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse (B2 - C1)
